Smok’n Buddies Grills & Gear 6^th Annual EggFest Saturday April 27th Smok’n Buddies Grills & Gear in Norfolk Nebraska will be holding their 6th Annual EggFest on Saturday April 27^th. This is a one day event from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Schedule of events:
8:00 – 8:45 Arrive and set up

9:00 a.m. Lighting of the Eggs

	(Smok’n Buddies will supply your first fill of charcoal for your Egg)

9:15 a.m. Big Green Egg 101 class

9:30 to 3:00	Cooking, eating and sharing techniques

12:30 Rib Class

1:00 Pork Shoulder Class

2:30	Most Unusual food off an Egg turn in

3:00	Hand out “Secret Ingredient” for Iron Chef Cook Off

4:00 Iron Chef turn in

5:00 Awards*, prizes and thank you

*There will be awards for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place! Prizes drawings throughout the day – must be present to win.
